My name is Maria-Pia Anderloni and I am Head of the Sigtuna Foundation. We have two business sections – a nonprofit page that contains education, research and culture and a commercial section – Hotel and Conference.
Within our nonprofit, we have a large program business that includes courses, seminars under our own direction and together with partners. We also have a large cultural activity with concerts, author meetings and cultural weekends, and within our research activities we also have international research conferences held at the Sigtuna Foundation but also around the world. Being able to easily receive notifications and give the possibility to pay by card or invoice, which is automatically created, has facilitated tremendously for us when we had to do this manually in the past. Being able to create participant lists easily and smoothly from the system is a great feature and also being able to get tickets sent to the participant has facilitated our handling.
Even our Hotel and Conference section uses Din Kurs, among other things, we can offer the possibility of “large conferences” that you can sign up and pay directly, this facilitates the organizer of the conference, and thus we do not have to invoice each individual participant in arrears. which saves time and is good for cash flow.
The system is easy to work with and simplifies our work so we can spend time and energy on something else to administer!
