Offering multiple payment methods is a service that will increase the number of participants. If they can choose between different payment methods, the customer will always find a way for them to complete their registration here and now. This means that the customer to a greater extent chooses just you as a supplier and does not look for a supplier of similar services. It is important that the customer can make the spontaneous purchase.
Do you want the participants to pay swift and wherever they are? We help them to safely and easily pay direct via Visa card or Mastercard, no matter where in the world they are. As an organizer, you receive the money for the card payments once a week. This together with a clear deduction that you can use in your accounting.
A supplement to card payment is to offer payments with Swish. Paying online with Swish is an easy and convenient way for your participants and customers. They enter their mobile number and we send a dossier to their Swish app. They approve in the app and the payment is done. You as organizer get the money for the Swish payments paid to you once a week. This together with a clear deduction that you can use in your accounting.
To make it even easier for you as organizer and your participants / customers we offer an invoice service. The customer will have the opportunity to sign up and get an invoice sent to their e-mail. This makes the spontaneous registration even more attractive. Nowadays we cooperate with Finqr, which is an invoice service company. If you have authorities and larger organizations as customers, they now require e-invoicing. Then we send invoices with GLN numbers. GLN numbers are used to send electronic documents such as e-invoices.
Custom payment methods
As an organizer you also have the opportunity to create payment methods yourself. In some cases, you may want the participant to pay on site or perhaps directly to your bank account. You can have the system create invoices with payment directly to you. When you set up your own payment methods you can also add an extra cost for this. For example you can add an 50 £ extra invoice fee.
